 Rain to Plants

Rain is the purest form of water. It does not contain any sort of dust or chemicals therefore proves to be boon for the plants and trees both in pots and ground. The chemical free water when reaches the roots of plants in ample quantity , nourishes the plant total and there happens to be no short of water for the greens. The adequate and not excess supply of water to plants result in the growing of green lushness on tree and plants New seeds or cuttings if are planted / sowed in rainy season they germinate and grow faster then rest of year duration. Hence rains help increase the greens faster. Purest form of water when falls on leaves of plants and trees, just wash them thoroughly and remove all dust from over them. This help plants do photosynthesis in more effective manner resulting in more food for itself and more health for it.
No chlorine stains or other chemical marks remain on plant leaves as we can find such marks when washing is done by chlorinated tap water which in long run may damage the leaves.

Humus - Humus is the broken down composted remains of leaves, grass, &other organic  matter contained within the soil. It is the organic component of soil, formed
by decomposition of leaves and other plant material by soil micro-organisms.
Mulch - A mulch is a layer of material applied to the surface of soil using fallen leaves or grass etc. It helps in conservation of soil moisture, improving fertility & health of the soil .
Sapling Care & Potting Tips
On getting pack, open it , gently with care (cut open the polybag ). Multi Layer packing is done.   *
Take sapling gently out of pouch holding it by soil lob ( avoid holding plant by branch / stem ) .
1)   Don’t remove soil of lob. May put plant soil lob in little water, for 2 – 3 minutes (small bowl of water 1/4th filled)..... its your choice for doing it              2)  Sow with soil lob. (better to sow first in small pot) Give a stick support sapling.
3) Put in half sun, half shade till they start growing good.
4)  Some leaves on transplant may fall that is normal......so don’t worry for that.  5)  Pots where these saplings to sow must have good drainage and no water        clogging should happen.
6)  Maintain moisture but avoid excess watering.
7) If its raining then giving it / putting in indirect rain is good , avoid direct rains pouring over sapling sowed.

 Re-using Broken Pots

All Planters / pot break down with time . Many can be reused in new way.
(A) Collect big pieces of broken pot.and try to put them stucking / tugging with each other in biggest part of broken pot portion. Simultaneously,  fill this new hollow made by broken pieces with soil mix plant a light rooted plant into this and water.
(B) If broken pieces are big enough then can fix place them around the shape of pot made of soils Give some other pot support to these broken pieces fixed and tie a strong rope around the pieces and remaining pot. Also tie this very rope to plant in such broken pot tightly giving support to fixed broken pieces of pot and water. With time these broken pieces get totally fixed and firm giving new shaped plant pot

Care Your Plants

Climber Care
An important part of Garden is Climbers. We all have seen and love climbers and must be having some kind of them. Climbers are there of many types for flowers, fruits, vegetables and even ornamental or leafy of leaves only.We need to take care of climbers in another way.
Points to take care are
1) On sprout of climber plant fix a 1 ft. - 2 ft. tall stick near plant where initial climber can wrap itself and grow nicely with stick support
2) As climber plant sprout and become about a feet tall their new growing tendril part of sprout star becoming loose, therefore to give them support and help grow a string is required to be tied to climber. The best way to tie string to climber is , fix a stick in soil near climber plant and tie string to this stick, other end of string is required to be tied high enough the plant say up to roof . so that climber grow with support of this string. For climber of veggies or fruit string should be more strong so that it could bear weight of fruit or veggies on it .
3) Like normal plants in pots it is not easy to take out plant in full from pot trim roots and then re-pot, so with help of long trowel dig deep into pot and make soil loose rigorously, trimming / cutting excessive roots within pot only, or you need to cut grown long branches of climber to about 2 ft long size, then depot the plant in total trim roots, an re-pot it with fresh soil mix.
4) Ever Season Climbers may sprout new branches from soil directly , giving plant more stem branches, and lush green look, But old branches, twigs and leaves dry out with time which may hang very above the ground which we may not reach up to for cutting, In this situation it looks ugly can hinder growth of new sub branches, Take a long wooden stick reachable to height of climber and with its help gently hit the dried old branches leaves and twigs, this will make such old dried branches & leaves to break and fall down allowing easy fresh growth.
5) Some climbers like Madhumalti need large containers or only earth to grow due to their heavy root system. Climber of fruits veggies may also be heavy so big pots contains of 12" or above size will be best for growing them
6) For fruit / veggie climbers a hard wire or bamboo stick frame in shave of chess board is needed where climber may spread & their fruit hand below such frame. Such frames carry the additional weight of fruits & veggies of climber.
